Another hoax: bomb scare sparks evacuation of Saudi airliner

A Saudi Arabian Airlines flight was evacuated before takeoff at Madrid's Barajas airport after a note saying "bomb aboard," stuck to a package with a knife, was discovered on Thursday morning. After the evacuation of flight SVA 226 to Jedda, the plane was towed to a side runway where a bomb squad from the local police checked the plane and found that the threat was a hoax.
